Response Time
We try to respond to support messages within one business day. Some issues may take longer if they require device logs, App Store review follow-up, or a new app build.
Helpful Details To Include
For faster support, include your device model, iOS version, MileMint app version, what you were trying to do, what happened, and whether the issue is repeatable.
Screenshots and screen recordings can help, but please avoid sending sensitive tax, financial, or personal information unless it is necessary for the support request. Because your MileMint data stays on your device, we generally do not need it to help you.
Mileage, Expense, And Export Issues
If a mileage, expense, receipt, or export record looks wrong, include the date of the record, the vehicle if relevant, the expected result, and what MileMint showed instead. MileMint is a recordkeeping tool, so you should review records before using them for tax, reimbursement, or accounting purposes.
Privacy Or Data Requests
Email support@milemint.app for privacy questions and App Store review follow-up. MileMint has no account and no server, so there is no server-side data for us to look up — your data lives only on your device, and you control it from inside the app and iOS Settings.
Billing And Refunds
MileMint Pro is an auto-renewable subscription sold through Apple's App Store. Purchases, cancellations, refunds, and subscription management are handled through Apple in your Apple ID settings. We do not process payments and never see your payment details.
Security Reports
If you believe you found a security issue, email support@milemint.app with the subject "MileMint security report". Please include the affected area, app version, steps to reproduce, and any relevant screenshots.
